The Union Palace Hotel I stayed at was a great value for money. The prices were affordable, especially considering the spacious and clean rooms it offered. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was evident, as the cleaners did an excellent job making the rooms look immaculate. The staff were friendly, particularly Alberto, the hotel bar manager, who went above and beyond to ensure guests had a fantastic experience. The location, although a bit further from the center, was easily accessible with the regular and cheap dolmus service.

Nice location. Only a short bus ride to the centre. the staff worked tirelessly to ensure that guests felt welcome. the pool area was clean and had plenty of sun loungers for everyone. the best aspect was the air conditioning which worked really well.

The hotel was in need of some refurbishment. the carpets in the rooms were old and stained, and the bathroom could have done with some updating.

The hotel is located up in the hills, providing a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It offers beautiful views of the sea and is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with air conditioning that provides relief from the hot weather. the staff, particularly Bilal, are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. the pool is clean and quiet, with plenty of available lounge chairs. the snack bar by the pool offers tasty food at affordable prices.

One downside is that there is limited entertainment for children, with no kids club or organized activities for them to participate in.
